As a family we are studying a Bible study called "Incredible Faith" (on the Bible.com). It shared the picture of monkey bars and how we must let go of one bar before reaching to the other. Letting go is hard! When discussing this with Chuck I reminded how we hold onto our grandkids as they let go. I asked him, "How do we do this? What do we let hold us?" His response seemed so simple for he said, "Why we can only hold onto Jesus!" Then his next comment was, "Do not lean on our own understanding!" Such a wise man I am married to~!
Focus is also hard but these verses say so much about contentment: Phil 4 ...“Rejoice in the Lord ALWAYS again I say REJOICE!… Pray about everything and the Peace of God will transcend all understanding! Thanks to God for I am not in need for I have learned to be content in all… (in pain and in comfort) in need and in plenty; when fed or when hungry; I can do all things through Him… My God will supply ALL your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus!”
Today we also move back into our home! We look forward to help from Jessie and Jinelle and are thankful for the time we have had this summer in chalet #5. We are also thankful for the resort and all our guests whom have showed their love and shared their prayers with us. Our manager, Steve, has carried Chuck's load and more in caring for Zauggs Resort and we are so blessed! Yes, content in every situation.. but please keep praying for relief of pain and don't give up on the miracle of healing!
