Wow Emily. You and your family have helped me cope with losing my dad. The word lonely and lost comes to my mind often when I’m down. I feel as if I’m lost and lonely without my dad all the time and when he first passed I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life. I then heard a young girl around my age was experiencing something similar to me, a family member who has ALS. When I found this out I quickly found a spark within me and felt as if I had a purpose and that I wasn’t lost anymore. My biggest goal was to be there for you and your family, something I wish I had. Thank you Emily and to the rest of your family for being a light in my life.
