Dearest sister Mary, thank you for sharing the hardest parts of your and Chuck's journey with Christ and for helping my brother get his wish - to live and die in his faith, peacefully at home till his Lord called him to his eternal home. You two demonstrated I Corinthians 13 kind of love - and it was powerful, moving and humbling.
Words can never express our family's gratitude...what a priceless gift you gave my brother Chuck, our entire family, and extended family and friends. We join in prayer for God to continue to guide you, comfort you, give you joy as you close one chapter and begin this new chapter of your life. We love you and look forward to hugs and prayers in person soon. Love you bunches!

Wonderfful message Mary, and how wonderfully you are dealing with this challenge--I do remember as well, but know the Lord and friends will continue to carry you through, and you'll find strengths you never thought possible. Love you, and have wanted to contribute to you alone rather than to CaringBridge. Have still not found how best to do that.

I love that! Thank you for sharing. I can only imagine all the words of wisdom Chuck collected or created over the years. They fed his desire to know more or to gain a better understanding of things. What a gift to hold onto and share.
We are all here for you, ready to keep walking with you!

Thank you for that reminder, Mary, to continually feed the good and starve the evil. I’ve been thinking about you a lot. Have a safe journey back to the US. xoxo

Mary, you and Chuck shared so much strength from the Lord with us through your journey. The love between the two of you and for our Father is such an inspiration and has made a difference in our lives….through it we hug our loved ones a bit tighter, forgive the little things that used to bother us, let others know how much we love them each and every day, and open our hearts to the messages from God that He sends us every day to guide our steps…..what a gift you have shared and we love you so much❤️

This is a great story to illustrate the point. I remember Chuck sharing this one time during a layman’s view. Such wisdom. Mary, it will be so great to give you a hug … in person again. 💖🙏💖
