Hello to Chuck's friends and family,

The tributes and outpouring of love in response to Chuck's death have been overwhelming. Thank you all for your kind words below as well as your emails and calls in honor of Dad. 

Because several have asked, I am sharing my address.  Kevin is in transition, so I will share any cards received with him.

Memorials may be given to the Charles M. Denny, jr. and Carol E. Denny Charitable Fund at the Minneapolis Foundation. Gifts will then be given to the organizations Chuck supported, most especially the GED program in which Chuck participated, teaching young men in the Hennepin County jail.  He often said that was the most rewarding work of his life. When he needed to teach Algebra and Physics, Dad hired a tutor to refresh his knowledge and skills so he could be an effective teacher. I loved that.

With sadness, but with gratitude and joy for a life well lived.
