Just thought I would give an update on Chrissie and family as well. 

Brennan and Stephanie were engaged at Christmas and all are delighted. They are a wonderful couple . Stephanie is the Graphic Designer for Blue Point Brewery and does a wonderful job. Brennan is a teacher at the Patchogue Medford School District and coaches both wrestling and baseball. 

Kyle recently accepted an Assistant Coaching position at Princeton University. He will live near the campus and give baseball lessons as well. We are excited for him.

Most of you knew Chrissie had a major surgery on December 20th. She was released from the hospital in less than 48 hours, rather startling for her nurse mother, however Covid was a concern. Stephanie had Covid just before Christmas and Chris and Eric tested positive around the start of the new year. Fortunately there symptoms were rather mild and both seemed to recover without complications. 

On January 10th her chemo treatments resumed. Frankly they were brutal. She was feeling dreadful and at one point was unable to get out of bed. Daunting knowing there were 11 additional treatments in her future. Yesterday she returned to her Oncologist and he thinks her blood work looks good and believes three more treatments will complete her treatment. Eric, Chrissie, her family and friends are just thrilled. Yes these three treatments will most likely cause the same effects but rather than finish sometime this summer, it SHOULD, be over by late February.

We are all so grateful for every prayer you have said and for every encouraging word you have offered. You are truly gifts and we shall be forever grateful.
