After 8 months of intense treatments, my biopsy shows no signs of cancer! I received multiple different chemo treatments, steroids, immunotherapies, countless blood and platelet transfusions, many medications (to prevent infection), multiple hospital stays, and much more to beat the cancer. It was such a surreal moment and indescribable feeling reading there is no residual leukemia seen on the bone marrow biopsy. We still have a long journey to go. In about a month I will be proceeding with bone marrow transplant. Matt and I are so thankful for all the love, prayers and support we have received! We are surrounded by the best warriors against leukemia!
