Thank you for the update. Thanksgiving on this side--whatever that means--of cancer has a sense of awe and gratitude that runs deep. The smell of fall leaves, the rain on a day like today, fall clouds and sunshine on other days, family, friendship, and the wonder of God's caring love amidst it all provide a sense of gratitude in this day. Those words, "Give us this day..." have new meaning on this side.
