It was just a normal Wednesday on the 16th of September going to my doctors not knowing that my life would change in a heartbeat! Doctor walks in and says “how are you  feeling”? Some discomfort but okay! Doctor sits and down and says “ let’s get serious now”! My heart sank and I knew the outcome was going to be bad! Sure enough he came straight out and said” you have Cervical Cancer “! Stage 1!! My life flash before me.. my husband, my kids, my friends and my mom and brother... but I have so much still ahead of me!!! This can’t be... What a major curve ball that was thrown to me! We need to inject you with chemo as we speak!! All by myself due to COVID-19!  I have never been in this situation were I felt helpless and I am used to helping others and not others helping me. I cried all day and it felt like someone had died! The atmosphere at home as changed to where we can feel something is not right! I have no insurance and we are struggling as it is!!! Now me!!!! I feel like a burden to my family! Medications, treatments and traveling will cost money! Now I need help more than ever!!! God be with me!!! Feeling devastated!!!
