Thank you, John. You and Ceili (and Gracie!) make light and love come in, even through the rips and tears that bring us to our knees. We love you all so much. I’ve been keeping a practice of remembering three things each day before I go to sleep that I am thankful for. You three make out a hat trick for me today.

I don't know who originally had this insight, but there's an application that comes from the idea that if you carry around a cup filled with liquid and you spill the liquid, the world can see if it's coffee, water, milk, whatever. The application is that it's the same with our emotions...we carry them around in a cup and what "shows" is what we have an overflow of. Your post was a reminder of the essence of Ceili...she overflowed with love and that is what she showed the world.
