I hope you are doing ok. Your brother has gone to heaven. You and Taylor always will have the good times. I lost my parents when I was in my 30's. Dad was an alcoholic. Mom worked hard all her life. I loved my dad when he wasn't drinking. He was in the army. Before he went to the army he did not drink. Now I think they call it PTSD. He didn't like disn't talk about the.

Happy Birthday, Catie! The Lord is with you! May He continually be your glory and the lifter of your head! You would have been so delighted to see your mom and dad this evening, courageous and so faithful, greeting many friends who don't know how to bring comfort to them and to you and all your family, though we all want to so much. King Jesus is glofied and so beautiful in each of your lives as you grieve your precious Worth and begin to navigate this new life, in which he is with our God while we wait with longing, looking to Jesus. May this Brithday and the year head be filled with the light and life of Christ Jesus as never before-and may He bring to you the healing that all are yearning for. You are loved, Catie, with an everlasting and boundless Love.

Thinking of You and Taylor. Wish I could say words that would take the pain away. Always remember Worth. Spend as much time with your Mom and Dad and Taylor.

1. I love my milk. With my self lately, milk has been the culprit behind my hot flashes. Like me, it may be something in your current diet that is triggering the hot flashes. As we age our bodies change and our foods may need to change also. 2. Heat escapes the body through the head and feet. Throw the socks and head gear off. Get naked and enjoy the breeze. Giggling 3. In my young adult life I owned a water bed (bladder) with a heater I kept on low. The cool bladder helped me keep my body cool. You and partner can also have fun making some waves. Second giggle.
Love and kisses cousin Anita
