So sorry we could not attend. Thank you for sharing the information on this site .She will be missed by so many and was loved by so many . I wish that circumstances would have been different that I had gotten a chance to know my little sister

Yesterday's service was a meaningful and touching tribute to Cathie and the full life she led....each of the speakers truly celebrated Cathie's leadership, generosity, and desire to make a difference. Thanks to all of you who shared your memories. All the Desborough and Selkirk families will continue to be in our thoughts.....and we will be remembering Cathie with anonymous acts of kindness whenever possible. Carolyn and John xoxo

It was a wonderful tribute to her amazing life and her impact on the world around her. I was so glad to be able to be there in person and to speak with her family at the reception and to share memories with them. I admire each person who spoke. This was not an easy task. Each message was spoken from the heart. I learned so much more about my high school friend, and have even more admiration and respect for her determination to advocate for her health, and to fundraise for the Red Cross than I had before (and I had a lot already!). I am sure Cathie was smiling down on everyone and humbled by this amazing and fitting tribute. I will continue to pay it forward in her memory.

Mark and Erin, you will continue to be in our hearts.
