My sons, both around Carter’s age, and I were walking along the beach road two Sundays ago and saw Carter out walking. Such an inspiration. Prayers for a good recovery from his most recent surgery. He definitely is in world class hands with Dr Paley.

Thanks for the update, prayers to all of you. Going forward so good to get out the hardware they could and especially cleaning out that brewing infection. He is so much stronger than before and recovery will be better. Fantastic news of the nerve! God teaches us so many things thru our children, med school via our children is not a journey many imagine. Chuck and Leila you are amazing! Hugs to the whole Viss family.

Glad to hear of the progress. Julie and Gage are in and out of St. Mary's also, with their newborn daughter in the NICU. You probably pass in the parking lot! Our hearts and prayers continue with you all!
