Hello everyone, I apologize for not posting an update sooner, but life has been a little crazy. Since my last update Carter has started Physical and Occupational Therapy in New Prague and is doing very well, he seems to be more comfortable in a small setting like they have so he's getting alot out of it. This past weekend Carter suggested a walk, and did awesome!! We walked to the shop and back which is about 7 blocks, so that was huge!! Another huge milestone is that Carter started school on Monday!! We're starting out slow and just doing half days, but so far he is doing very well, and he says he's enjoying being back!! The looks on Carter's classmates faces when he walked in was something I will always remember, he was truly missed and it completely warmed my heart! I think I cried more on Monday dropping him off, then his 1st day of Kindergarden. It was nerve wracking and exciting all at the same time! Carter is still on a few restrictions, but the school is working very well with all of us to make sure they are being followed so he can continue to heal. We are so thankful that our little boy is finally starting to get back to normal!! Thank you all again for your continued thoughts and prayers, we are truly blessed!! ❤
