When I read Carson’s words on FB, “I’ll be staying alive for now” I was so touched. I was not at a good place right then and his words really touched me and helped me. I too could say...I’ll be staying alive for now. I am better. I will always have cancer, but I CAN live with this as long as I am able. I should be out of the hospital tomorrow and I am looking forward to being home. Tell Carson “thank you” and let him know he helped me through a tough time. You and Todd are special people. Bless you. Prayers for Carson.

So happy for the GOOD brain scan. Will pray for better scans of knee in April. Will definitely continue to pray for complete healing. Carson never be afraid to talk with Mom or Dad about your questions or fears. If they don't have the answer, they will do their best to find it for you. Mom you are still the BEST! Darla, what words are ever enough to offer comfort and hope in the valley? There are none, except of Jesus Christ and our hope in him! I am so very thankful you stand on God’s truth, and yes, his sovereignty. And yet, you are human, with an aching mama’s heart for her brave, suffering son. Praying for you, your entire family, and Carson as you have asked, trusting that God will meet all your needs. I love you, but God loves you perfectly and fully more! He is FOR you! 💕
