Carson, if I recall, your life started out “differently” than most😉🚙! I would never expect anything about you to really be simple. I’m so happy for St Jude Doctors and their innovative ways of fixing you up! Good luck on mastering the walker. I just had a vision of you trying to use it as a gymnastics apparatus 😂. But, don’t! Take it easy buddy.

Darla, there is a type of walker that has wheels where the patient puts the knee of the affected leg on the seat provided so no worries about not touching down with the casted leg. When you get back home ( prayers for safe journey) ask your PT about it. Could make things easier??
