Carrie’s Story

Site created on October 9, 2018

Hey everyone. I am Nattiel, Carrie’s daughter and the doctor recommended I start this as a central place for family and friends to visit for updates as it gets difficult to keep everyone updated via phone and text.

Mom was admitted to the Fargo Hospital on Saturday, October 6th after an ER visit to Douglas County Hospital. A couple weeks ago she was hospitalized with diverticulitis, c diff, and cirohsis of the liver. The diverticulitis and c diff are now negative. However, the cirohsis of the liver is the main concern at this point. Doctors are monitoring her closely and the GI specialists are closely involved. For the first journal entry, I will just create one bulk one of all updates since she has been here. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.
