Hello Carolina. This is Russ Edelen from the California high desert. It's good to finally catch up with you again and pass along a few updates on my misadventures. Two hours a week I am in neuro physical therapy (my neurologist wrote a script for physical therapy for balance, posture and cognitive problems, I can still see the question mark hovering over her head) and one hour of equine therapy on Saturdays. It's amazing how occupational, physical and speech therapy all come together on top of a horse. Part of my routine was a Kevin Costner imitation (think of opening scenes of Dancing with Wolves). Anyway, this is getting too long for a reintroduction; I'm looking forward to sharing with you more of my latest ependymoma sea stories from the high desert! ONWARD!

Good evening! We had loads of little ones for Halloween and ran out of candy after an hour - yikes! It was great weather and and I was wrong about the giraffe - she was Little Bo Peep instead - nice to have costumes to spare, lol! Hi again! Our storm ended and luckily we never lost power, though it's much colder now! I hope your weather is still good enough to be outside😎We're getting ready for Halloween🎃👻 - I already know that next door will be sending over a 2 1/2 year old giraffe🦒🤩and she's a pip for sure!
