Carla brought my babies into the day care when we moved to Shelby. She carried my youngest around on her hip every day. Jamie was one of the first to graduate from Elizabeth's day care that went all the way through from infancy to 4 year olds. I trusted Carla and her staff with the care of my kids. That is how special she is. Later I was honored to work with her kids when they came to high school. What amazing young people - Spencer and Mallory. My prayers are with all of you and especially my special friend Carla.

Carla is my cousin and we were in school together. I just wanted to send my thoughts and prayers to her and the family. Love Anne Rose Bolick.

Dear Carla. As children we enjoyed many laughs and experiences. Your signature smile and kindness warmed the coldest hearts. I remember the beginning of your life long love affair with Bill. Mallory , just wanted you to know that I have been thinking about you and the other family members ....and especially your mom. She has a very special place in my heart. I worked side by side with her for 25 years at the daycare and those are times I will always remember . This has been a long road she has traveled with this. Still remember the first day I found out about her cancer ....it was terrible for all of us at the daycare. Tell Carla that I am praying for her and all the family. If you see Spencer , tell him Ms. Mary says hello. Love in my heart for everyone.💕
