Oh Carie. You've been carrying quite the load, and I can totally envision your steely proactive self tackling life like nothing happened. I hope these are the last major hurdles for you, followed by a smooth recovery and nice amount of time to catch your breath and adjust your crown. I'll be thinking of you. <3
My darling, brave, warrior daughter. You have always been my most stubborn daughter, although Stephanie runs you a tight race. This brings to mind when you were about five or so,I bought you these really cute, red shoes. Back then, we had little money and I was so relieved you had a decent pair of shoes to wear to church! When it was time to go to church, the red shoes couldn’t be found. I didn’t think anything of it as you were always misplacing your shoes. We never found them until about two years later. What should I behold but a plastic, black trash bag and your red shoes! When confronted with this evidence, you simply stated, “I never did like those shoes”!
Obviously, I should have predicted the future! What a future it has been. Time to put down your sword and focus, for once, on yourself and healing.
I love you to the moon and back. Everyone is here for you. Prayers will be answered. Healing to begin. I will be there every step of the way.💜
Wow, Carie, you are an inspiration! I’m glad you’re taking the time off you need. We are praying for you every day!
With love and best wishes,
Randy and Carolyn❤️👍
I found it is very helpful to wear an apron when you eat while your hand heals. I know I can make a mess just eating so the apron is very helpful while healing. This is great to take off and let your body heal and be surrounded by your family and friends. Take care.💕🎈
