Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

On Tuesday October 19th Camy was involved in a very serious car wreck.  She was hit in the driver's door and partially ejected from her vehicle.  Her injuries are extensive and severe.  She is currently in ICU sedated on a ventilator and has sustained multiple injuries including brain trauma, collapsed lungs, lacerated spleen, multiple broken ribs, broken collar bone, among other fractures, lacerations, and injuries.  She has undergone partial removal of her spleen, a brain catheter, chest tubes and many more procedures.

The outpouring of love and support we have received has been amazing and we cannot thank everyone enough. We will be using this site to keep everyone up to date on Camy’s condition and ask that you continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Camy is home!!!  The first few days of the transition home has been a whirlwind and a success! Camy’s journey to recovery is not over we are still working through all those plans now.  She will begin telehealth therapy with QLI out of Omaha next week. 

A time to be thankful and a time to be blessed. Thanksgiving has a whole new meaning this year. We were so thankful that we were all together for Thanksgiving and so thankful that Camy is with us.

We are extremely grateful for all the love, support, and prayers from everyone in our lives.
