Just wanting to give little update. Buzz has been home now for one week, always good to be home!  He’s doing at home exercise program, when he gets his prosthesis he’ll return to Sanford for more in-patient therapy. The leg has to be completely healed before he can be fitted for the prosthesis could be 4-6 weeks. We’ve rearranged a few things to make our home more wheelchair friendly. Wednesday we returned to Dr. Vyas to remove the staples and on Friday he had his post op appointment.  He has lost weight but slowly getting his appetite back. Both doctors say he’s doing good & healing well...which we’re very happy about.
