Wendy, I have unsuccessfully tried to track you down for such a long time, and now that I found you, I am very sorry to hear of Bill's pancreatic cancer. This must be an incredibly difficult and exhausting journey. I wish I were closer to give you a hug in person. I love you and will pray that you have strength for yourself and your caregiving ministry. Hugs, Debbie-ps I will pray that God does an incredible work of healing

Thinking of you daily Bill! Sending big love and holding you in the light of ease, comfort and peace. This chemo marathon is finite. Sorry that you even have to be in it, let alone endure all that you are, to get to the finish line. The world is cheering for you. Love you

Todays bird is the Black Bellied Whistling Duck. I spent the morning at the Wakodahatchee Wetlands and there were dozens of BBWD filling the air with their whistles. The sound of all those whistles reminds me of a squeeky toy in the hands of a young dog and at the same time I find it somewhat melodious. Not what I would call a Rain Crow sound. I was so pleased to be in the sun and surrounded by so many birds and people who admire birds that I dedicated my walk to you Bill and Wendy and Julie. I have never birded with you on the Florida coast, but today you were there with me.
