Hints from the Queen of small meals and weird diets.... tropical smoothie cafe blimey limy with protein powder. Horizon nonfat milk really tastes like milk. Caramel rice cakes rock if you have the crunchy munchies- however no protein benefit. Skip nuts- you aren’t really a bird. And keep you bins clean.
I cannot even comprehend how overwhelming this for all of you...and those who have followed you for years are not unaffected. Birds have been one of the greatest comforts for me at some very difficult times in my life...His eye is on the sparrow.
My fun memory of birding with you was when you found the Northern Shrike at the Rock and Roll Rendezvous, giving Jen Brumfield her year bird and me a life bird! I also look forward to having my binoculars cleaned by the master again. Thanks Bill.
