Dear Haue Family ~. Brynn will never be forgotten, I think of her and your dear loss a lot. I suddenly lost my sister in 14 days, Glio tumor., this past March 2021. I can only find comfort in no more suffering for her. Our loved ones will have a forever imprint on our hearts until we see them once again. Your daughters spirit, even though we never met, but through Megan Geraghty's teaching of her in first or second grade, I feel like I knew her. And in reading your journal, anyone could tell she was loved and adored by her parents and family. As as I told my husband before he left us, I promised him we would be OK, he was already seeing paradise. I know I will see him again someday. One day at a time, sometimes it's hours at a time. It's really like a wave in the ocean for me. But you do learn how to tread water stronger, because you know you will keep your promise and you will see them in their Eternal Life someday. God Bless you all;-) Barb Martorana, friend of Megan Geraghtys

I feel closer to you and your family because of this Caring Bridge journal.

My heart still breaks that Brynn isn’t here in the same way, making us laugh and inspiring us. My brief time with your family touched me deeply and I’m forever grateful to know you. Please take care.

I still think of Brynn often. I was thinking of her just an hour ago. Her positive attitude is an example to me. She is loved and remembered by many.

I love her smile, her daring-do attitude, her “I’ve got this!” attitude. She will always be with us. I have photos of Brynn, of Brynn and Scott, of the “Fight Like A Haun” on the fence at Parkway West. She is here. And she is there, beyond the veil. Thank you so much for your words, Dan.

This will always be a love-and-loss kind of day for me. It is your sister's birthday, and Brynn's angel day. Brynn is still loved and will be remembered as long as her family and friends are here. Perhaps beyond. Thinking of your family a little bit extra today.

I will always remember her. I am reminded of her from the pictures we have hanging on the walls and the ones that are on my computer's background. Also the many memories I have. Love you. Dad

Thank you for continuing to share your thoughts about Brynn. I didn't know her personally, but my son Bailey was dating her friend Claire. I heard about her brave fight that began in middle school and Bailey wore the bracelet that was purchased to support her as she fought. While I only spoke to her one time at the homecoming party at Logan, I came to know more about her through your posts and of course through Bailey. Because of your posts and things I learned from my son, I came to love certain songs (Be Still, Fix You) and I love the musicals Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen. Because of Brynn's love for both, I saw DEH live and Hamilton on TV because of COVID. I know my family won't forget her not only because of her interests but mainly because of her courage, strength, her grit as she fought, and the difference she made in the world. She touched countless lives, even those she never met. And you and Lori became an inspiration to all parents as you shared your stories, your grief, your dreams, your grace, and of course, your faith. I continue to pray for your comfort and strength and am grateful for all the love and honesty you have shared.
