Bruce’s Story

Welcome to Bruce’s CaringBridge website.  

Bruce was diagnosed with a rare form of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Amyloidosis in 2016. Over the last 3 years, he has undergone several courses or chemotherapy and other treatments. The cancer and treatment has taken quite a toll on him. The last two months have been especially challenging, including hospitalizations for pneumonia and RSV. 

My mom and I have created this site to allow people to share their well-wishes and stories with my dad.  Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts. We would love to overwhelm him with love from friends and family, and we would love to read stories about my dad.

Last night, Bruce passed away with Marilyn, Shari, and his good friend, Barry, by his side. 
We want to thank everyone for their prayers and well-wishes. Knowing so many people were thinking of him was wonderful. 
Visitation will be held at Hildenbrand Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 from 2 until 4 pm. 
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (donate.lls.org) or to Lehigh Valley Health Network Home Care.
