Journal entry by Catherine Alcorta

It is with a heavy heart that I am posting this message today. Mom passed on Monday, December 9th. She was a truly remarkable woman who influenced and changed many people's lives. I consider myself to be one of the luckiest, because not only was she my Mom, but my best friend. Mom had one of the biggest and most compassionate hearts and warmest smiles I have ever seen. She instantly made people feel welcomed and accepted. There will forever be a missing piece.

Below, please find her obituary along with a link to her obituary on the Kelley and Spalding website. All funeral service information is included.

Thank you again for everyone's love, thoughts, and prayers for Mom and our family moving forward.
