Brian came home Thursday September 24th. He is doing really good! There were some issues with pain control but overall the surgery was a success! Now comes the rest & healing. He can’t lift more than 20 pounds for 1 month and just has to take it easy. In 6 months he will meet with his neurosurgeon and have a repeat scan of his neck/head arteries to make sure the bypass is still working as it should.
