Happy Birthday to Brenda! I love the memory I have of making steamed dumplings in a virtual cooking class orchestrated by Brenda in 2020, during Covid. Stephen, Cindy, Heather, Jenna, and I "virtually cooked" with Brenda, and a chef she enjoyed taking classes from. It was so fun - we learned a lot, and made delicious dumplings. I am So glad she got dumplings on her birthday! 💓
