***Braxton Raymond benefit update***

As of now the benefit is still on! Rochester/Kasson are clear and it may bypass us all together. We will make a call by NOON tomorrow! So check back!

If we do cancel it will most likely not be rescheduled due to gyms being booked and what not, but we will try our hardest or their will be an online silent auction with all of our wonderful items!

Let's hope that weather passes!!!

We are doing a basketball game again this year in honor of Braxton. This is something he looked forward to and wanted to continue for years to come. Even though we all know he wanted to be there and hoped to eventually play in it we want to honor him and know that he will be with us that day!
It will be Saint Peter Alumni vs Kasson Alumni on Saturday, January 18th. We will have a meal prior with a raffle and possibly a few silent auction items. More info to come!
If you would like to play in the game please contact Brodie or Tailor via text/ Facebook!

Looking forward to another fun evening!

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in the form of checks made out to "Braxton Raymond Memorial Fund" which will be used to fund scholarships at both Kasson-Mantorville and Saint Peter schools as well as donations to other organizations that Braxton had connects to, such as Shriners Children's Hospital. You can also donate to Braxton's Gofundme or can send direct payments to tailorraymond13 via venmo or cashapp.

1644 2nd Ave NE
Rochester, MN 55906

If you donate to the caringbridge website, braxton DOES NOT get the proceeds. It goes to the website.

Many have asked what they can do to help. Prayers, love, and support are always the best options! If you prefer to donate you can do one of the options above as well as hot dishes. In terms of food we appreciate all the food that has been brought to us and donated, but please limit it to hot meals and main dishes. Please no sweets!

Unfortunately, braxton passed away this morning. He was surrounded by family. He had a tough battle and fought til the last second. He is one of the strongest people I know. Please pray for him, family, and friends and we grief the loss of an amazing soul.

We will post once we know funeral arrangements. The plan will to have it early next week in Rochester / Kasson.

Thank you so much for all of the support and love this past week, along with all of the meals, treats, and other house hold items. Braxton and our family are so lucky to have such amazing people in our lives! Braxton got a burst of energy on Friday and Saturday and was up talking to his friends / family for a few hours. Yesterday and today Braxton is having trouble breathing and is still not eating. He is not in any pain yet and says he feels okay. We are still limiting visitors to close friends and family, please don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you would like to visit.

At the end of the school year Braxton came home with numbness and tingling on the whole left side of his body. It continued to the point where he had trouble walking and standing up. They ran many tests in mankato and The main diagnosis was Multiple sclerosis. They started treating him with intense steroids. After a week his symptoms returned and this time much worse. Barely being able to stand and his speech started to become affected.
