On Dec. 26th, Brad (Jackson's dad and my husband) was in a one car accident in which his car was flipped end over end. He was lifeflighted to Truman Medical Center. He was on a ventilator for 4 days, but is now breathing on his own. He has fractures in his neck, sternum, and ribs but those will not require surgery.  

The biggest worry is that he currently has a severe traumatic brain injury. He is conscious, but unable to speak or move his limbs, stand, or walk. When medically cleared, he will need inpatient Neuro Rehabilitation, hopefully in either Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska.
