I finally found how to post updates on this site.  Yesterday, at Dr. Ternent's office I was so glad that I did not have to "stand on my head" for the "squeeze" test.  Basically my bowels aren't telling me when I need to eliminate.  Of course the Dr. used doctor terms in the diagnosis.  Dr Ternent recommended pelvic floor therapy.  I had this type of therapy in 2018 but apparently this therapy will be to help my bowels tell me when I need to go.  I am also glad that the dr. did use thethe word "surgery".
