Just thought I would give everyone a quick update.

Seems like anything you do, sooner or later you hit a wall.  Right now I am at that wall where aches and pains don't seem to be going away.  The only thing you can do is keep going and maintain a positve attitude.  Thats why I listen to Bill Withers "Lovely Day" it picks your spirits right up.

Tomorrow I am having rotator cuff surgery,left shoulder, which should make day to day routines a little tougher for awhile.

I received good word from cardiologists that I had no Afibulation for the 30 days I was on the heart monitor.  Thus I will wear it 30 days in December and if no signs of Afib can stop one of my pills.
