Journal entry by Bob Alexander —
Kim here. I see Bob has not kept up his duties here, as he said he would. I should have been keeping an eye on this. Speaking for him, we apologize. Bob is doing well. It has not been an easy journey. But, we knew it would not be. Nobody gets through this surgery and recovery without hurdles. The good news is, we might be on our way back to MN this upcoming week! If all looks good on his next set of labs ( Tuesday), we will be given the okay to return home. We will return to Madison frequently in the beginning. As long as labs and other things continue to look good, they will start to lengthen the time between our visits here. We are both, of course, very excited to come home. One of us will post when we are back. After we get settled in. And Bob gets his dog home (priorities). Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers for Bob. I know he is grateful for every one of you.
