Journal entry by WILLIAM SMITH

In the words of Bill, “God’s got this”, and now God’s got him.  He went to be with the Lord last night, surrounded by the love and prayers of family and friends.  We give thanks for the loving man of God, husband, father and grandfather that he was.  Not too long ago, when asked what his greatest legacy would be, he said “being a difference maker and that my children and grandchildren know and love the Lord”.

The outpouring of prayers, love and support of so many people is a huge testimony to who he was and whose he was (God’s).  Thank you all and may you know the love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  God is good, even in the challenging times.

Love,

Susan
