Journal entry by William Tenbroek —
Almost a week ago, Bill had a fall and broke his hip. He has undergone surgery at Methodist hospital and the surgery was a success. He is resting at Methodist till he is transferred and does fairly well with visits. Some days he is cognizant and can talk and is recognizing people. Two days before his fall, he had scans done of his lungs, and they found two tumors (cancer). He is comfortable at Methodist, but your thoughts and prayers are welcomed. His transfer was delayed today, so he will be there till Friday or Saturday. 🙏
