Welcome to Bill’s CaringBridge Site
Sign In to Show Your SupportHi All, as type this it saddens me to let you know Bill lost his battle with this cancer beast. He passed on Tuesday at 2:30 pm. He had loved ones by his side to let him know it was ok to let go. He declined very fast at the end. He went into hospice care at home with Guardian Angels Hospice on Wednesday January 13 and had a couple good days where he was communicating and eating lightly. Even when he was heavily medicated for the pain in the end you could still see some reactions when we spoke or held the phone up to him. He tried to fight with all his might but the cancer unfortunately was too much for him. He was the love of my life and we had the best life together ever. At this time due to covid we won't be having anything for a celebration of life yet. I would like to wait until something can be held outside. I will keep everyone posted once the details are set either late spring or early summer.
I wish the word CANCER didn't exist and maybe someday it won't. It is a terrible disease and does awful things to a person. Remember to keep your loved ones close and always tell them how much they mean to you.
Love to you all.
Linn
