Family, friends & loved ones:

Jim passed away peacefully this evening with his two best girls by his side. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed, but we are at peace knowing he’s in Heaven where he belongs

The staff at the Kavanagh House is so wonderful. They kept Jim (and us) comfortable these past several days— you have to have a special gift to be able to do what they do. We could never express the amount of gratitude we have for Dr. Tom Buroker and his team at John Stoddard. Not only is he a great doctor, but a great pal and support to my dad. We are also so appreciative of everyone who donates blood. Your gift of blood provided us with another 8 months with Jim, and for that we are so grateful.
