Wow, I can't believe my radiation treatments are coming to an end. 5 more and done. The doctor's weren't kidding when they said the last few weeks would be the hardest. I have NO taste buds, my face and neck have burned and have sores in my mouth. They say the burns will fade away, along with the sores and my taste buds will come back eventually. Nonetheless my emotions remain all over the place. One thing I can truly say I am is humbled. I thank GOD everyday for waking me up to live, laugh and love. I know my journey is not over but I'm thankful I have you with me.
