Bethany Ann Radeka 1923-2020

Bethany Ann Radeka passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 97.

Beth was born and raised in Flint, Michigan.  She married Donald Quinn and together they raised their family in Davison, Michigan until his passing in 1969.  Beth was lucky enough to find true love twice in her lifetime and married George Radeka in 1970.  Together they shared many adventures and enjoyed retirement in Tarpon Springs, Florida and Savannah, Georgia until George’s Death in 2013.

Beth was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend and had a real zest for life.  She loved her beautiful antiques, enjoyed shopping, singing, dancing and loved to play Bingo and cards with her family and friends.  She was always on the go, well in to her late 90’s, and lived an exceptionally full life surrounded by her family.  She is greatly missed but she has left behind a beautiful legacy that her family will carry on for many generations.

She is survived by her seven children and step-children.  Mike (Sue) Quinn, Douglas (Diane) Quinn, Colleen Quinn, Brian (Denise) Quinn, George (Kathy) Radeka, Gene Radeka, Richard (Sharon) Radeka.  Beth has over thirty grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many more extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Forrest and Eleanor DeWitt, her brothers Bernard and Douglas DeWitt, her sister Delores Boris, and her granddaughter Shannon Bailey.

Services will be held in Davison, Michigan at a future date.
