Ben (and Tina) I'm so sorry for what you've been through! I've been behind on so many things, so I'm only now catching up to everyone's news; I wish yours had been better. I'm glad you're at home, though it sounds as if you'll need much patient work for full recovery. I hope the winter birds will grace your feeders abundantly, to help cheer you on. ("Keep a green tree in your heart, and perhaps the singing bird will come." )

Dear Ben and family,
I was looking for information about the Christmas Bird Count and ran across the news about your accident. I'll be praying for your full recovery. It isn't easy to have limitations when you've always been an active person. Hang in there!!

I know you're a very strong person with a strong zest for life, and I'm sure that's helping you greatly. Keep up the good fight, keep getting better and better.
