Journal entry by Becky Beaudoin

Good morning family and friends,

Everyone is out of the hospital, back together again, and all is right with the world. Josh hung up his caregiver apron yesterday afternoon to return to work and Joanie took over taking excellent care of Andy and me. Andy is doing very well. Minor pain and though he's moving around pretty well, he still needs plenty of bed rest. I'm having a bit of a rougher time since I've been discharged. I have appointments at Mayo pretty much everyday and walking around the campus is a bit of a challenge and really tires me out so I'm experiencing a little more pain than I was in the hospital. But the most important thing is this kidney is working so incredibly well. I am truly blessed to have received this gift of life and take none of this for granted. Ray said it best, this act of love from Andy is the most selfless act a person can perform and I thank God everyday that he brought Andy into my life.

Hoping everyone has a wonderful weekend and I would be remiss if I didn't add, Go Steelers! Sorry Joanie and Ray!

We love you all,
Andy and Becky❤
