Hi Lyle. Thank you so much for giving an update about Barb. I think about you all a lot. Kevin and Barb have been an important part of mine and Sam's lives. We have many fond memories and we have shared some very trying times over the years. I praise God that Barb's cancer is in remission. I will pray for her that she can get her strength back, no more falling and the incontinence will get under control. You and Kevin sound like you are playing a huge roll in the care giving of Barb. Lyle, if you need any help I am a certified PCA/CFSS. Take care of you as well.

Thanks for the update, Lyle. I was just thinking of Barb the other day and realized it has been a while since I’ve last heard of an update. Glad to hear the good news about the cancer although the side effects still remain. 😔We’ll continue to pray for all of you especially for Barb’s strength and fortitude. God bless you all. ✝️❤️

Thank you, Lyle for the update. At the family reunion Barb said she was so grateful and thankful to have you. This post began March of 2019 so despite the original prognosis, prayers have been answered, of course. With your update we can now pray specifically for Barb's needs and fortitude for her and your family. Many prayer hugs continue.

Lyle, Good news on cancer but so sorry for her weakness and fall. Prayers are with you both and your family. Please have them watch for UTI's as that can bring on many issues with weakness and cognitive, as it did mom(Kitty). May God keep you strong to help Barb.

Thanks, Lyle, for journaling for Barb. Your post was extremely well written and very helpful and I know Barb appreciates your doing so. Barb did call me back tonight at 11:00 pm. She was in good spirits about the scans but did mention her leg problems. Prayers for you, Kevin, & Maria --as well as Barb. I know you, too, are affected greatly and have your own health needs that you have had to address. May God strengthen all of you as you navigate each and every day.

I'm terribly saddened that her memory has declined for I have such fond memories of laughter and fun in our younger days. I pray for recovery and stabilization for her confidence and comfort.
