"When we feel the stress of the storm, we learn the strength of the anchor". I want to give thanks to all Barb's friends and family for being the anchors in her storm. Your positive, uplifting, funny comments were an important part in keeping her focused in her recovery. And thanks to God for being our anchor. Love to All....... Barb's mom
Way to go Barb! So happy to hear that you are in upward healing mode and able to enjoy life doing so!!!!! You would be awesome in that volunteer position!
Keep on keeping on with all this hard healing work!!!
"Carve successes in stone and write failures in sand" - maybe this one's been around for a while, but I first heard it this week, made me think of you and handing out those stones!
You my dear need a WALL of stone to carve in!
Any woman that will get words of wisdom from you through her own struggle will hopefully turn it into more of a journey facing the ups and facing the downs with strength (focusing more on the ups with you on her side - no doubt!) She will then pass it on and on and on...what a phenomenal idea AND what a perfect way to keep re-telling these amazing phrases and inspiration you have to give. Each time you have posted you have given me pause and I can't think of a thing that could be so bad :-).
Time to let this chapter end.
Summer is at it's best and far from over when you are there to enjoy and appreciate every single minute with friends, family and music :-).
Safe travels! I am guessing the delayed trip will reveal magic messages and the "usual" coincidences that makes the new journeys worth taking!!! (no matter what - or when!)
No surprise your hospital recognized your mentoring spirit and called on you for help. Those future patients will love you!
And so glad your heading to Nova Scotia!
Very beautiful place.
Looking forward to spending time together with you guys in a month too!
Greg’s dream came true when he married you. Nova Scotia is just icing on the cake. Have a wonderful time. 😊So happy you are feeling and healing better.
