Is there anyone representing Barbara's family whom I can talk with about a possible tribute to her? I have emailed her sister but am not getting a response. My direct email is john (at) renesch (dot) com.

Barbara Marx Hubbard has been my friend, my mentor and my teacher for many years, since 1998, when I first met her at The Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, where she was going to speak, and where I was there on a program. I spent a lunch time and the afternoon with her, and by the time that was over I was asked to be her assistant while she was there. She and I became close friends and a few years later, she came to NY and I worked as her assistant again on a project there.
When my husband Rabbi Roger Ross and I were about to begin our new concept in Interspiritual Ministry, Barbara and I spent some time talking about what that actually meant, and how could we teach Interfaith/Interspirituality from the perspective of being a Universal Human. It changed the way we taught the program completely.
My heart is broken, but at the same time, filled with joy. She fulfilled her magnificent Mandate for Humanity, and now we move on to fulfill that Mandate. I will always love you 'Barbara...Thank you for all you have given me.... Many Blessings on your new journey...
