What a beautiful post! The pictures and your update are amazing and so is Graham's prognosis. Those first weeks at home are hard when you are fighting exhaustion. Graham is a little Heart Warrior and so are his parents. You have been so strong, loving, caring and positive every step of the way. Thank you for this update.
