Oh how my heart goes out to you! Heard of what you were going through from a friend of yours . Our family just went through our son being hit in a head on collision in February half his body broke in half, and he suffered a cerebral fat embolism before and during surgery. Now with some permanent brain damage. My beautiful and perfect boy is now imperfect, but still so beautiful and alive. He was In a coma for over a month in ICU while they were trying to get his body to stabilize. Temp, muscle spasms, seizures, blood pressure, internal bleeding, blood transfusions and more surgeries, etc all out of whack. So painful to sit on the sidelines and as a mother and have no control of helping your baby. I truly feel the agony of what you are going through. I insisted we bring him home after two months in the hospital he was still in a comatose state, unable to move, nor communicate, I knew in my heart the only place he could heal was home where he would be most comfortable. It was the one most painful and heart breaking experiences I have ever had as a mother. God truly gave me strength that I never knew I had! I feel your pain and am truly sending all my love and prayers from one heart broken mother to another! God is so amazing and without him I could not have survived myself . Our son should not have survived let alone be talking to us again, but he is! Patience and prayer is life sustaining! Hold on to your faith! Continuous Prayers will keep him strong! And continuous prayers for you, your son and your entire family! Hang on! This to shall pass! God bless Julie Marsh 💔🙏🏼♥️

Also try playing his music 🎶 for him even if it’s terrible for you listen to I truly believe this helped my son!
I mixed some of my music in and played his music over and over and over.

Oh my heart just melted reading this. As a brain momma of a now 21 year old I can completely remembering posting about my son not waking up from his coma like the movies either. He tried to pull the catheter out first. My prayers are so with you mom and dad as I remember the helpless felling of being on the sidelines. I will continue to pray for Austin and each of you on this path of recovery. So glad you have a strong faith. It literally is the only thing that kept me standing. Bless each of you.
