I never finished my post yesterday because I was trying to reach Audrey and we were playing phone tag. Yesterday things looked like this:

5/10/22

Audrey is doing remarkably well! Doctors are pleased with her progress and have hope for a positive outcome overall. She will be discharged today with an implanted heart monitor and other precautions.

Tonight it is a different story.

5/11/22

At dialysis today, Audrey began showing some symptoms that concerned the technicians there—some neurological irregularities and alarming sleepiness (almost like narcolepsy). She was transported back to Mission by ambulance and spent all day in the Emergency Department. Anne met her there at 1 and stayed with her until they assigned her a room tonight.

At the moment, there seem to be more questions than answers. Your prayers for Audrey, Anne & Eddie, Alex, and all the doctors are greatly appreciated!
