Ashley’s Story

Ashley was diagnosed with a malignant phyllodes tumor (a rare cancer of the breast) in late March of 2008 at the age of 17. You can follow her story here. Please remember her in your prayers, as this will be a lifelong journey for her.

Good news!

Ashley met with the surgeon today and received the best news possible.  The lump did turn out to be a benign fibroadenoma, so once again, we can put this behind us!  Ashley will continue to have check-ups with the surgeon and oncologist, as well as receive a yearly ultrasound.  Thank you all for your encouragement and prayers.  It is always so appreciated!
