While this was not how any of us thought or hoped things would go, the love and commitment to Ashley is so obvious! Thank you for all of your posts, for keeping everyone updated though it’s hard to do, but often cathartic for us to write about our loved one (I know, as I keep a caringbridge for my moms oncology journey). Our village is grieving with you and I know Kristen and a few others were able to represent and send our love this week. She and your family will forever be in our hearts!

What a wonderful sign off Chad! Stated perfectly like all the other posts you wrote during this difficult time. Heidi love you so much and cherish all of the times we spent together while our girls were growing up. Please reach out we are here for you! Thank you Chad for being there for Ashley and my dear beautiful friend Heidi and of course Bohdi. Ashley’s spirit will definitely live on in Bohdi and everyone who knew her!

Thinking of your family this Christmas and Ashleys precious little boy. Your entries have truly shown how very loved she is and will be so missed.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so touched by the passing of someone I didn’t even know. You have done such a beautiful job (this entire journey) of capturing her bright spirit and bringing us into your world. She knows she was loved!!
God has great plans for her with Him, I believe this. Her work isn’t finished and she is with you more than ever! Life is just a commercial, a blip of time, preparing us for the “Big Picture” , Gods kingdom and everlasting life.
