My parent's dog Annabelle was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and is paralyzed in her hind legs. They do not have the money to pay for the $6,000 surgery and she is in pain so I do not think she would have much more time. She is the cutest Basset Hound out there and it would be hard to lose her. Any shares or help would be greatly appreciated.
